Welcome to our Beginner Qigong Practice!
Qigong is a gentle practice combining a series of Postures, Movement, Breath, Intention, and Meditation, assisting the Body, Mind, and Spirit to cultivate Balance and Peace.

Despite its gentle nature, Qigong has been proven to have the potential to increase overall vitality and well-being in a powerful way!
This is a beginner class and is open to EVERYONE!
Traditionally a standing practice, all movements may also be performed from
a seated position as well. No props are needed.

Drop ins are welcome, though RSVP's are encouraged!

At this time cash is preferred. Other options available in person if necessary. Keeping it simple!
